A water heater is a must animallover_14,please get one and the proper light fixture for your turtle.Diseases like metabolic bone disease and etc can occur and it is not pretty.Right now your turtle is prone to pneumonia.

Ok,good you should take advantage of all the holiday sales going around and getting your turtle a water heater,a filter,basking lamps etc.And should put him back in his ten gallon,5 gallons is pretty harsh.With a proper habitat your turtle wont be prone to getting sick.And could live a long and happy life.

Ok that is good,keep an eye on the thermometer until you get a water heater.
