Urgent Care :: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VIEN IS ACTING WEIRD!!!

After I fed Vien,she looked like she was chocking on food or something.She opens her mouth a lot,and when she looks at the UVB light,she looks like she's gonna throw up.Also she just acts really strange.What's wrong with her?Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What did you feed her? And how much did you feed?

What specifically does "acting really strange" mean? Describe any symptoms...

Wel,she became more paranoid.She's scared of everything,and she stands funny.

What do you mean when you say she stands funny? Is this on the basking area or in the water? Can she use all four legs to walk and swim? (You inquired in another post about taking her for a walk---"standing funny" is yet another reason why this is not a good idea.)

She can use all of her legs,and she just stands on her back legs when she sees something above water.But she doesn't look like she's chocking anymore.

I know this is going to sound stupid but I think she's just mad at you about something. Veronica was dropped a couple of inches a month or so ago and she was very mad at me for letting it happen. She opened her mouth every time I went near her while she was in the tank. Within a week this behavior stopped and she's back to normal.

Maybe you've just done something to make Vien feel unsafe like Veronica experienceing the fall.

turtles are very smart.Vien was mad at me when i dropped her too.She actually might be at me,because I gave her a lecture on what or who not to eat.
