I would put her in the dry tank while you're at work so no one disturbs her, then put her back in the tank with water when you get back till the next morning.
Make sure the substrate is deep enough (about the length of her carapace) with no rocks or twigs in it.

thanks i have a Large 100 Gallon tank for her during the day and a large terrarium with lots of soil and sand mixed for her with a heat lamp over it she seems very comfortable in there but im worried about how long i can leave her out at a time does she need to go into the water daily because even when i do put her in the tank she trys to get out from her basking area..

Turtles can stay out of the water for days, although i would never suggest that.
I answered you in my previous post....12 hours out of the water and 12 hours in the water is best.
