How big is your turtle? a inch
How long have you had it? a week

What is the water temperature? 78
Did you use a thermometer? yeah
Are you using a water heater? yeah
How much water is in there? all the way up
Are you using a water conditioner? yeah
Are you using any filtration? yeah

What is the basking temperature? 89 something
Is there a basking light? yeah
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yeah
What kind is it or what is it made out of? ??
Is there a UVB light? yeah

What have you been trying to feed it? ormal stuff sticks
When was the last time your turtle ate? today

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? tank
Is the tank near a window? no
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? sometimes

Have you read the Basic Care section? yeah
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Hei was just on his back under the water out take. And he is not movies. Should I use CPR . He is floting now so I don't o what he is not moving at all.

..i dont think there is anything you can do...if he is not responding to your touch or hold, im pretty sure hes dead

try that cpr stuff?? idk how to do it.. obviously hes dead. try it. put him under warm water for a sec.. im just trying to help. sorry i dont know much about these situations. im sorry this is happening to you joey.
