I just can't figure out why the image won't show. I do have an apointment this evening to take him to the vet, so hopefully he will be able to help me out. Thanks for trying! I will let you know what happens.

Okay, guys, here is the diagnosis. Poor little thing got bit. Probably by another baby at the turtle farm. They gave me a bottle of Gentamicin Sulfate Ophthalmic Solution to drop on his neck twice a day for two weeks. He should be just fine.
