Urgent Care :: How do you know if a RES is suffering?

I am posting a new discussion b/c I want to know if there is any way of knowing if a turtle is suffering.

Are turtle like dogs, having a high pain tolerance? When or how do you know if a turtle is suffering?

I wish I could be posting fun stories.

i can only guess here, but if your turtle becomes very sensitive to your touch (like quickly getting away) or has a loss of appetite and becomes inactive, then he might be in pain.
