Maybe if the victim is already dead and the other one is really hungry. Other than that, I don't think that usually happens (at least not in our home setups). There might be some occasional biting, but that's usually due to general aggression and/or mating behaviors.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no record of a slider eating another slider... but there was someone on this forum years back, who caught one of his RES trying to eat a musk turtle. I wouldn't put it past a common or alligator snapper to grab a smaller turtle if it spotted one. Otherwise, turtles don't eat other turtles.
