Hello! I'm sure you have all heard it many times but just once more lol, I am new to this site and a new RES owner. I have been reading and reading so much of the awesome info on this site and on the forums and it has been amazingly helpful in setting up and caring for our little guy/girl. I'm just wanting to make sure that I am feeding correctly and that the shell looks ok. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid or if the seams are thick and what the white line is on his/her shell? We have a floating dock and when we first got him, he would swim between the glass of the tank and the bars the floating dock is on and now he can't fit through there, but I feel like the white on his shell is from going through there? Also, is it ok or smart to switch between foods, like sticks and pellets? Any info and tips you can provide would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much in advance! Currently ReptoMin mini-sticks-5-6 daily (when we first got him/her we were giving ZooMed Aquatic Turtle Food Hatchling formula, we have not given it to him in about 2 weeks because I was told it was not as good as the sticks), Red and Green lettuce- always available, cuttlebone-always available, Amazon Sward-always available.
