Urgent Care :: White spot

Please help. I found a white spot on one of my turtles neck and not sure if I need to treat it at home, bring to a vet or its nothing to worry about. Thank you!!!

First... your RES look great. Second, please remove the small gravel.

Could that spot be from a bite? The scute behind it (called the nuchal) doesn't look like it could have caused it.
