I think the main problem with that setup is the depth of the water is pretty shallow. How big is your turtle?

With such a tiny turtle I think it would work for a while, but you would have to upgrade eventually.

You mean like what would you upgrade to? A large aquarium is the most common setup...

Look into a stock tank or a preformed pond. You can even use pond liner and make your own.

my parents want let my get an 40gl tank besause brother have like 6 aquariums
they say that we have too much aquarims in house and i cant find an pond liner in albania

What about large plastic storage containers?
