I don't think I've heard of anything like this before. The blister is on the inside of his mouth?

Are the blister bubbles mucus? Do they pop when they come out? If so sounds like RI. A vet visit is needed ASAP. In the mean time bump up his water temps to 82 - 85 degrees and his basking temps to 95. The increased temps will help his immune system.

@ steve.: no the blisters are on one side of his mouth

@Love of Animals: they dont pop they're just there... i felt them with the tip of my fingers and the bubbles are hard.

"One side", do you mean on the outside - like on his cheek? If so, then it's an ear abscess and you do you need to have a vet look at it.

With blisters and mucus, you might want to have a vet give an evaluation. Do up the water temps as mentioned above.
