Urgent Care :: I NEED AN ANSWER!!!!

My REST has been on its basking platform all day. Its been a couple of days now to. it may take a plunge but if it does it will be for 2 seconds. When it goes on the platform it puts its head down and will stay there for hoursand hours. i am soooo scared. please help me!!!!! it just puts its head down and lays on the rock legs all out. it scares me!!!!!! is she sick or is there something wrong..PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

it doesnt hav the same appetite, it will leave the food alone for a while then finally go in the water and eat a little. its a little better today though it was in the water for a while this morning but now it wont come of the platform but it did eat a little.

ya a little though. ill put the food in and she will stay on the platform for a while then go in the water eat like one piece then back on the platform she goes. and her behavior is different ill open the tank and she would normally go in the water but she stays on the platform. i dont know whats wrong with her?????

you will need to give more details, what's the water temp, basking temp, how big is your res, how old is it, what size is your tank what do you feed it...
