she has swollen, reddened cheeks..
i think its not normal..

Sounds like ear abscesses. A herp vet will need to clean the area, lance, drain, remove any leftover material and might offer antibiotics.

You can drain it at home but I really don't suggest it.

My Belize Slider had this, the vet cleaned them out then I had to dry dock and put anti-biotics on for awhile. It's not something to ignore because it can become fatal if left untreated.
