Just woundering, since there heads are so smooth, do turts have ears? And can they hear?

Yeah they can hear, You cannot see their ears but they have them

They have a slit on their head and I think, that's their ear. I took a picture of my turtle for my blog...I'll link it and you can see the slit I'm talking about

Ah, Thats cool I have to look a little closer at my turtle next time and see if I can see it.

They have fully developed hearing systems, but lack the openings on either side of the head that many other species have.
