It is just growth lines. Your turtle seems to really dark so you notice those lines even more. Usually they lighten after awhile.

Hard to tell from just those views but it does look like it... any pics of the plastron?

It's growth, but there are lines because the growth was rather fast and the scutes never had a chance to shed.
