I have two RES. One is about 7 inches the other is 4. I think the 7 is a female but I am not sure about the 4 inch.
I have pictures on Snapfish.

I can't really tell anything that tells me that it's no more then a shell. The larger one looks like a female from the first picture. Can you try to get a picture of their front legs?
A good way to tell if it's a male if their front nails are longer and their tails can touch their legs(s)?

Front claws are usually a give away.

I would say around that size he/she should have some pretty long nails.

Try using Tinypic.com or Photobucket.com and posting the pictures directly on this site. it makes it alot easy'r and most people are not going to register on a site they are not already a member of to see a few pics.

The first one is a female and the second one is a male since his nails are noticeably longer then the female's.

He was simply trying to tell you that you should use some sort of site that lets you upload pictures that does not requier regesteration for others to view.

If they are the same age, then the 4" in a male. At 4", if the tail is thick and the nails are long, you have a boy.

They are not the same age, the large res is about 3 years older.

The first 3 pic's are of the 7in res and the last 3 are of the 4 in.

#2 seems to be Male but I cant really tell...the tail looks male tho..
