Is there a UVB light? yes, UVB and UVA
What have you been trying to feed it? Red-Cal pellets

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? He spends all his time sleeping in the basking area. He swims around a little when he is the feeding container, for about 10 minutes and then goes back to sleep. He doesn't react to the light turning on and off or sometimes when he is sleeping and I pick him up.
I just looked at him now. He woke up by himself and went to dip his feet into the water on the lower platform. I'm sure that in a few minutes he'll be back under the basking light, sleeping.
From this symptoms, do you think he's lethargic? What can I do to help him?
P.S. I cannot know for sure what gender he is since he is too small. I am just assuming he is a boy.
