i asked if this dock would hurt my turtle because the surface was made with small rocks and most of the rocks are sticking out making the surface uneven, i couldnt get a picture of the rocks sticking out, so i was wondering if this would hurt my turtles shell when she gets on to bask? i ordered this off ebay. i posted more pictures of dock incase anyone wants to make one.

No. If the rocks were rough like bricks or something then the turtle would gradually scratch the crap out of its plastron hauling itself onto the basking platform, but generally smooth gravel/river rock like that is completely fine for the turtles plastron.

It's actually better to use something that doesn't have a smooth surface. It allows the plastron to dry as well.

Yes, it should be fine. But watch out for any loose pebbles. If the glue gives out or your turtle manages to dig one out, he could eat it. So just keep an eye out for any holes.
