Habitat - Indoor :: Shell rot?

I have kept Sandra ok for a couple months...But lately when i went away for a while the water leaked and when she was out of water she developed a brown covering on her back.......

id say either fungus or shell rot. im not sure. but thats all i can say

Looks like fungus, can you tell us more about the way this has developed/spread?

Is that one green scute the result of the upper layer being shed? If so, when the rest sheds, she'll have a really nice shell.:D

It's not shell rot. I don't really see how it can be a fungus if the water leaked and she was out of it (for how long?) unless she was in a really warm, damp environment. Have you tried cleaning the shell at all? What does the plastron look like?

sometimes, if turtle basking alot because disease (RI) its gonna be like that. but sometime because not enough UVB, do you have UVB lamp? or use sunlight.... the good one
