My turtle has a ear abscess i was curios if theres anything i can do to treat the abscess while i save money for a vet?

No, there aren't any topical treatments or any home remedies for an abscess.
Your best bet is to get the turtle into the vet's ASAP. The abscess will only continue to grow and the larger it gets the more painful and serious it gets.
Many vets will allow you to work out payment plans. If you can't afford a visit right now call around and see if a vet is willing to work out a payment plan with you.

On the plus side, ear abscesses are relatively common and simple to treat so you shouldn't be looking at a very expensive vet bill.

I cant take it out of the water and put antibiotic cream or something on the abscess to help it so i can save money for a vet?

You could, but it wouldn't help. The infection is inside, under the skin, so the neosporin won't be in contact with the affected area. Take it to the vet now, and pay later, as megcornell said. Ear abscesses are very painful, and treatment is relatively simple and inexpensive.

i found it on Google. i searched it and is aw it there and well, i had to share because hey, it has something to do with turtles right. and in the rules it says nowhere that we cant get nasty pictures from the internet lol. im not happy or sad about these pics i just wish the best for these things that happen because i know if i wish for one or the other, the opposite happens

well i've experienced this. i didnt know where to find a vet so i thought it would go away till it stopped moving. and well now im here with my 2 inch and he just wants to know where she/he is and im caring the best for him
