I always make sure it says UVB on the box, no matter what.

If you see "incandescent" on the box and/or if the box doesn't specifically say it gives off UVB rays, it's not a UVB light.

I hope someone will see this, should I use the 13 or 26 watt bulb from the link posted by Vtolds?

My PetSmart doesn't even carry the 13W ones. I think most people have a 26W one because of the size of our turtle tanks. If you had a very small like lizard in a very small tank, I guess you might use the 13W one.
