Hi guys, umm I have my res for about 3 months now, but the thing is, on her shell, its not full colour green and such, it looks a little whitish, not full, just small little white spots like the colour is washed out, I have no calcium bone or anything like that, but she has the pallets and good heat source, and the temp is just right.

If anyone knows why the shell looks like that please inform me ASAP, thank you.

Picture help but it could be just hard water stains. You can dip a Q-tip in white Vinegar and try too rub it off.

After you eliminate hard water stains you may want to take a look at the temps: water at 78, basking at 90 to 91 and uvb lighting. It could be a fungus or shell rot.

Does your turtle bask under a UVB light as well as a heat light?

Seems like you need to upgrade your turtle tank and turtle diet. How big is your turtle?
