Hello All! I recently took over ownership of a little RES (3" shell). My sister had found it in her pool one morning and thought it would be cute for the kids to have a turtle as a pet. Not knowing anything about RES and after two weeks of torture from the kids and luckily no one getting sick I became its new owner.
This site has been an amazing reference. He (I believe/think/guess) has gone from inactive and not eating to a dive-bombing active little guy thanks to the information on this site.
