If the second basking perch moves a lot maybe you can add some sort of plastic reinforcements under both docks to secure them so it's easier for her to climb on.

or people have talked about putting those big magnafloats (glass cleaning magnet or whatever) under the dock to keep the dock from sinking with the turtles weight.
Also, is there a ramp or incline for her to help pull herself on the dock (I saw your other post with pics and there didn't seem to be one.)? Personally, if it were me, I'd get her a piece of corkbark (one that curls, not a flat one), cut it just a bit longer than the width of the tank and wedge it between the sides to keep it stationary. Your turtle would be able to get on it easily and it would look quite nice in the tank. One place to get it online is www.blackjungle.com

The other day I just noticed that one of my 1.5 inch turtles was eating one of the rocks. I grabbed the turtle and she let go of the rock luckily. The next day I cleaned out the tank and got rid of the rocks. I think they are happier now. And really get rid of the rocks ASAP.

Try a piece and see if your turtle likes it. Most do.
