Feeding and Nutrition :: Chocolate!

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Post Posted: Tue Aug 21, 2007 8:37 pm   Chocolate!

So i was eating a kit kat
And was curious to see if Tito has an interest

I held it near him and he jumped on it
He took a bite and devoured it
I quiclky took the kit kat away
And he ate the piece he had in his mouth

So?

Chocolate :? [/i]

chocolate is bad for turtles, dogs, cats, hippos, llamas, crows, and pretty much every darn thing you can think of.

Actually chocolate is good for humans! But you have to consume the real dark chocolate and not an entire bag of it. Your body breaks it down like it does olive oil, which is also good for you :)
