I bought a 75W Infrared Bulb and I had some questions.
Does the infrared bulb give UVA and heat or is UVA the same as heat?
Is the infrared lighting different from any other bulb on how it works by keeping my turtle warm?
And how far should the bulb be away from the basking area?

I believe 10"-12" is the proper distance. but i would wait for someone to confirm that

It's not the same... a regular light bulb or UVB bulb will also give off UVA.

So an infrared light does NOT give UVA?
