New setup, new filter

So I just set up my new 75 gallon tank :D I'm really excited and I'm in serious need of a filter. I'm thinking of going with the Rena xp4. Seems like it's not too difficult to clean out and I think it moves around 450gph which is good for my tank.

I saw the xp4 on ebay for ~$150 - I'm assuming that's a really good price, what do you guys think? Also, if any of you have the xp4, how much noise does it make? I saw a video on youtube of the fluval fx5 and it sounds pretty loud. What about the Rena's? any experience? Do you guys think this is a good choice for a 75 gallon tank?

Thanks

I've got 2 Rena XP3's in my 150 gallon. Can't hear them at all, and they are very easy to clean out.

I've heard nothing but really good things about xp3's and 4's. Ebay seems to have a good amount of them on at any given time and with competitive prices - I say go for it!

I bought the filter, woohoo! haha... Rena XP4. I'm so excited, I can't wait to get it. I also bought some sand. My goal is to have the entire setup ready before Thanksgiving. (New tank, new filter, updated basking area to fit on top of new tank, sand, decorations and... fish!)
