I have a cascade 1500.......I had trouble in the beginning getting it to work properly.I noticed the spraybar clogs up and that reduces pressure so i eliminated it.then you have to make sure the trays are aligned properly.
After that never had a problem again.

Buck-47 If you ditch the filter make sure you sitck to the 5x rule. That is a minimum. I go a little higher as the more water I move the cleaner the water is. I have a 300 gph on a 55 gallon and a 350 on 29. The 350 on the 29 has a little swirl in the water but it keeps the water super clean. Just don't make it a blender. HA m.
