60$ for a 55G?

Is this a deal do you think? They said make an offer so i just said 60, she said "If that's what you would like to pay sure!" she said it comes with some decor and stuff too im so happy :]! I was gonna wait til i got my paycheck but I found such a great deal tonight!

i think its a good deal. i found my 55g tank but well 6 is the maximum you should pay for one so id say yea 60seems right for me i dont know about anyone else

I shoud've said 50.. oh well.. I wanna pick it up tonight but shes not answering.. I guess i gotta do it before i go to work tomorrow, ill have no time to set it up :[

Make sure that it holds water. A response like that would puts me off a little, but I'm a little cautious about possibly being ripped off.

Take a measuring tape and a calculator with you when you pick it up to make sure it IS 55 gallon... Someone got a smaller tank than they thought recently...
Approx gallons = (length x width x height)/231

Im not a math matition.. i know what 55G looks like though, I had one. Ill make sure. Thanks for reminding me to though.

Well at the very least look up the dimensions of a 55gal and bring a tape measure to compare the length, width, and height. That way you don't have to worry about calculating anything.
I'd also ask her about whether it holds water. Worst case use a garden hose to try it out at her house before you buy it. Blowing $60 on a broken tank isn't an enjoyable thing I'd imagine.
