Orcatechnic aquarium plants

I have some plants in my aquarium but my turtles nibble at it some times will it harm them?

Are the leaves really small? Can they be pulled off easily? If the leaves are larger, your turtles most likely won't be able to eat them. My would try to nibble on theirs when they were new, and when they realized they weren't edible, they just left them alone.

Do you have any real plant matter in the tank for them to nibble on? I use both fake and real plants (or leafy greens) in the tanks.

I just got it yesterday, yes the leaves are bigger than the head, and ive notice that they stop, and no i dont have any real plants. do you know what plants could use?

For real plants, anachris (if it's not illegal in your state, otherwise you'd have to order it online), duckweed (quite healthy and will float on the surface so except for the stray piece, it shouldn't get into your filter) are good. Hornwort and sword plants are also good---my turtles aren't as apt to eat them.
