I've noticed that the Zoo-med dock sometimes sinks a little when my heavier turtles get on, so I found a simple solution with the algae magnet:

You place it under the dock and slowly slide it upwards to the dock. It should be between the two bars and the dock should be slightly slanted, but this isn't much of a problem.. The algae magnet scrubber thing should support the dock from beneath it.

Now all my turtles could bask on my dock at the same time without sinking it :D

I think this only works on Zoo-med docks though.

How heavy are your turtles? I'm wondering if it might work for my big gal on the large dock that I'm not using.

Good idea!
Industrial girl has done that with her acrylic dock too:

I'm sure it'll work, but make sure you get a thick magnet to support the weight :)
