I haven't but want to buy a basking light for my turtles.
They have a heater, UVB light and a basking platform in the tank right now. I still need to get them a basking light to put above the basking platform right?
Which brand/watts do you recommend for a 20 gallon tank?

Yes, you need a heat source to motivate them to bask and dry off, and they need the warmth to aid in digestion as well. You can use a regular incandescent light bulb for this, i'm not sure what wattage is best. Make sure to measure the temperature of the basking area when you're setting it up to make sure it's not too hot.

Using a regular Incandescent light bulb wouldn't hurt their eyes?
I am always worried about damaging their eye sights...

Nope, lots of people use them. As long as you make sure it's not too hot there's no risk of damaging their eyes. It's too-close UVB that you have to be concerned about.

pu-pu-yan -- Put a heat source that will heat the basking platform to 90 to 91 degrees. A regular light bulb will do the job. b
