Ok. Which box do I put the ceramic rings and the chemical stuff? I have the first box on the bottom. Then there is the 2nd then the 3rd. should i put the things in the 2nd or third box?? i need heolp really fast!

well im with you im confused as well. i just got mine yesterday. what i did is put the rings in the top of the box. i'll try to draw it out. lol

Top box
bio-chem zorb
bio-chem stars (for me)

Middle box
Rings
Stars (for me)

Last box
PPl foam pads

i didnt put the micro filtration pad because alot people say the it clog's the filter. in the instruction booklet it also shows you. hope this helps.

nvm about my other questions i figured them all out.
I was wondering why there are so many air bubbles going through my tubes??

So you've got the order for the filter media all set - sponges on the bottom, rings in the middle, and charcoal (bio chem zorb) and the fine mesh filter on top?

If there are lots of air bubbles in the tubes you may have some leaks. Does water seem to be circulating well? Are all the fittings real tight?

Yes everything seems to be really tight.
