I'm not sure, but when I was looking into them I found that they were 16" wide.

Thus me wanting someone to confirm this heh

Ultimaltely what I'd like is the diameter of it at it's widest point which I assume is around the top of the thing and the height of it including the valves ontop. So the height would be measured from the tips of the valves to the floor it sits on.

just measured mine. roughly 17.5'' wide at the base. and roughly 21'' tall including the valves
Horsepower is how fast you hit a wall. Torque is how far you move a wall

The measurements I got of mine:
at the bottom, about 14" with the pump (about 12" not including the pump)
Top diameter, about 14.5"
Height including tubes: 21"

BullDog's width measurement is better than mine. the way my filter is sitting in between things i had a hard time with the measuring tape.
