so, since i bought my pleco, i don't have any algae on the tank (except for the basking dock). but, unfortunately, there is pleco and turtle poop all over the bottom of the tank. the bottom of the tank is bare, save for some river rocks and a fake log. i already own a siphon, will this work to suck up the poop? or is there something better that i can invest in? i don't really want to dump out all of the water to scrub down the tank, just to get the poop out between cleanings.

thanks! :D

A siphon is the proper tool for this job. Just siphon the feces out.
