Fellow “Turtlers” -- I don't usually indorse or promote a product or comment unless I have a very good experience or a very bad experience with products. I have a number of heaters that are all of one brand. This heater had a wandering thermostat. No matter what I did the heater would heat my water to 75 or below or 81 or above, nothing in between. I called the manufacturer and explained what was happening and they sent me a replacement at no charge. I called on Monday and it is here already (today). I only chose this brand in the beginning as it was a medium priced and looked okay. I am in the process of seeing what I need to get them the old one shipped back. The product is a Visi-Therm Deluxe by Marineland. I use the 200 watt and I have had good luck with them.
