Equipment Review and Discussion :: Favorite Brand of UVB light

I noticed a lot of talk on UVB lights, so I was just wondering which one you have had the best experience with.

I didn't even think about brands when I purchased my turtle set up, I just bought what the pet store clerk told me was the 'best'.

So, what brand would you guys recommend?

I like the reptisun 5.0. I think it's just strong enough for Leo. With all the issues with the 10.0s I prefer not to use those.

My turtles, and I LOVE the MVB's. I have never seen, or heard about any complaints about them. I use the T-Rex 100 watt flood, and I have never had any trouble with them. My little guy refuses to bask under anything else(lol he is soo picky!!!).
