I have had my little turtle that I rescued from certain death after something chewed her feet off for three months now and I would really like to try to get her to start eating pellets. Right now she is eating raw salmon, silversides, and krill, and dried krill but I'm afraid she isn't getting all the nutrients that she needs. I put multiple brands and varieties of pellets in with her every day but she never seams to eat them. Being that she lived in the wild until recently I'm afraid she doesn't realize that they are edible. If anyone has any advice or ideas on how I can get her to start eating pellets I would love to hear it.

Try soaking the pellets in the water drained from an open tuna (or even canned salmon) can.
That may get her to realize it's food. Then you can transition to straight pellets.

I'd try what ljapa suggested. Also, if the little guy is not very shy, try using a smaller container just for feeding. Tuna water might foul up the water quickly and he might be able to see the pellets sooner.

Thanks so much you guys, I am going to try salmon and tuna water when I feed her tonight.
