Where to buy Dandelion leaves

I live in Arizona and I don't think I've ever seen these sold. I've never seen them outside either, but then again we have no grass in our apt complex. Where could you buy the seeds or whatever to grow them indoors?

I was able to find dandelion leaves at our local co-op, I would start by calling around. I googled dandelion seeds and they look like they are easy to find online.

Ethnic supermarkets might also have them.

My neighbor's yard has plenty of them in the summertime. Heck, go down by the side of the highway or in a large field somewhere and steal a few dandelions to start your own garden. I don't think ANYONE would care if you yanked a few.
