can i use this as turtle jello

is this good recipe for turtle jello.


ingredients
:
3 tbs ground turtle pellets {35% crude protein,8%fat,5%fiber,10%ash,10%moisture}


1/2 cup cool water or cool tuna juice.


1 cup of pureed veggies

1 cup boiling water

no calcium powder.


not my recipe read and replaced calcium with an extra table spoon pellets

will it work.






also can this snail jello work

The recipe on this forum is formulated for shell maintence... IE your turtle is not shedding properly.

If you're just looking to use them as a food staple, there's no reason your recipe wouldn't be ok. Nothing is listed that's out of the ordinary. There's turtle pellets, tuna juice and vegetables. All three things are good for a turtle to eat. The turtle pellets usually have calcium in them so not adding powdered calcium shouldn't be a big deal. Give it a try and let us know how your turtle likes it.

That link for the snail jello didn't work for me.
