Hey guys! wow it's been a while since I posted on this site. well anyways quick question:
i've got some smoked salmon ....can i feed that to my RES?

If seasonings were added to the smoked salmon, I wouldn't feed it to my turtle.

yeah actually i have 2 baked clams in the freezer i was going to make for dinner tomoro and i was wondering about whether or not my turtles would like a bite... salmon is a good idea tho i love salmon over fire mmmmmaybe next time ill give my turtles a bite before i add seasonings, wouldnt it just be like a better version of tuna?

nope ..no seasonings.. hmmm i'll give it a try and see for any adverse reactions..which i dont think should be an issue
im not sure about the clams maybe a tiny piece to see if they are okay with it?

An occasional bit of salmon (no seasoning and rinsed with water to get more of the oil off) is fine as a treat. I also give rinsed salmon bones for extra calcium.

oooh how do you do that ? with the salmon bones?do you mean that stringy white stuff in the salmon or actual bones?
