guppies

hey i have been giving my res pixi little guppies she seems top love them, but are they healthy for her to eat, oh ya and what about the frozen brine shripm as a treat, if these are no good what do i give her???

guppies are fine, buy rosy red minnows are better. that is if u r feeding live. because the idea of feeder fish is to get your turtle to chase them and use some energy. although i do keep guppies myself for breeding purposes. i put my "cull" guppies in with my turtle. frozen brine shrimp r fine. but they should be given rarely.

Do you mean minnows are better nutritionally or just because they swim faster or something?

I think both...
Also they are allot cheaper then guppies... where at least the pet store I go to has them cheaper.

i think they r around the same nutritionally but minnows are faster. i can get both minnows and FEEDER guppies. cheap at my LPS.

Oh so there's feeder guppies and just normal guppies?
