How big is you turtle? Adult turtles are mainly vegetarians.

If your you turtle is over 4 inches that way to much pellets, I feed my turtle a leaf of lettuce once a day and pellets once a week and other treats once a month. Grapes are ok but for a treat not a diet.

If your turtle is under 4 inches, half the size of the head every other day is fine. Younger turtles need a lot of protein.

This will help with you figure out your turtles diet: http://www.redearslider.com/index_nutrition.html

Mainly vegetables, what do for the main diet is one piece of lettuce once a day or every other day and half the head of pellets once a week and treats once a month.

But its all up to you, use this as a guide..
The link I gave you will help you decide what to feed her.

Once a day or every other:
You can feed her vegetables and fruits.

Once a week:
Pellets for protein/cuttlebone for calcium.

And once a month:
any treats (ex. feeder fish, crickets, shrimp, snail, tuna.)
