When is the best time to feed a turtle?
I was thinking that I should feed him right when I turn on his UVB light? Or in the middle? Or after?

Yeah I usually feed in the early morning (usually some veggies) and then once before I go to bed (ither veggies or some pellets or a fish)

Morning is probably best, but it has to be convenient for you too. I feed mine in the early evening about 4 hours before their lights go out.

Always in the morning so they can digest there food and be active and burn it off.
Thats why americans are becoming fat. We eat the biggest meal right before we sleep. We dont burn it off.

hahahahahah-
btw- they have McDonalds almost everywhere in the world so... you have a point. but not only to Americans...
I'm a soccer coach and player and your diet etc is important... i eat some junk but the gentleman has a point. DO NOT EAT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP or else, you will have some serious fat storage issues in the future. {been there, done that, bought an extra burger to go - heheheheh}
going back to the turtle conversation...lol...
i fed mine 3 minnows and a few tiny sticks this last 3days... there is a minnow still swimming, but i dont wanna overfeed my RES.
btw- it looks like the fishes are not messy then my RES!
