Is it okay to give Napa, Bok Choy, Broccoli and Celery to RES.

I read the "What Not To Feed Your RES" and it said we shouldn't give celery to RES. How come

Celery is basically filler, even for humans it has virtually no nutritional value. That same with iceberg lettuce.

I'm not sure about the others, but I don't feed any of those to my RES. I feed red or green leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, or boston lettuce; carrots, blueberries, grapes to my RES.

Bok Choy and Broccoli aren't the best either. There are a few reasons and I can't explain it all now, but it'll turn up in the search results.

Celery has minimal nutritional value and is mostly water. You want to concentrate feeding your RES veggies that are nutritious (I know broccoli is, but fed regularly as a main part of the diet can interfere with the absorption of iodine). Small amounts of the other veggies (except napa, which I'm not familiar with) won't hurt you RES if his diet is otherwise balanced. But, it is better to be feeding leafy greens that have a decent calcium/phorphorus ratio.
