what else besides Baby Reptomin, is good for baby slider turtles? I read that putting a fish (alive) in the tank, is good for the turtles because they have to chase it, and it is a good excercise, but can a baby turtle do that?

Yes. My baby turtles love chasing rosy red minnows and just little minnows. They can catch the rosy minnows, but the regular minnows are kind of hard for them to get. And it is great exersize for your turtle! Just make sure to only give it around 3-5 minnows per month. On what to be feeding your turtle, just look in the feeding section on the main site and it will tell you everything there.

Get some pond plants like anacharis and put those in with the baby. The baby RES's love to play/hide in the plants as well as munch on them. Plus, the plants are very nutritious for them. :)
