I have two baby RES
They are probably about 3-5 months old
they have a nice sized tank and a basking area and lamp
their tank is usually from 75-80
they are both very active and seem to be healthy
I'm just concerned because a person at the pet store sold me freeze dried krill to feed them
she also advised not to put plants in the tank, but the more I read about it, I think their diet is not balanced.
and I have been giving it to them for about a month now and they love it
The only problem is that now one of them wont eat anything but the krill
The other over eats everything and I need to feed him in a separate tank
I just have a couple of questions
Can somebody give me the best diet for baby RES
Ive read a lot about it but I want to know from an actual person
and is it normal for babies to shed their skin this young>?
could it be too much protein from the krill causing the speed in growth?
thanks
