Feeding and Nutrition :: silver sliders

I was wanting to know how often and how much to feed my sliders. I have 2, approx. 5 years old. The sliders(the silver ones, not the RES ops): are live/frozen. Any info you could give me would be very much appreciated. thank you Cindy

General rule of thumb is about the size of the head of the turtle (pellets). Just be cautious of feeding too much protein, as it may lead to excessive growth.
