The mean old worm fight back a bit which didn't phase donny a bit today.

And finally makes the kill and gets his prize.

And this may surprise some, he caries his kill up to the top of the tank to Michaelangelo, and shared the last of his worm with Mikey.

Do the worms leave a mess? I've never used them before.

With adults no, they usually swallow them whole haha. Not sure about hatchlings though eating them.

Yes, they are very messy with hatchlings. No clue about adults, I assume they would be eaten whole as db4l said. That is a 10 gal feeding tank, that they are in an hour a day, and we pretty much have to clean it every day to get the left over guts and what not out of there.
