Hi everyone
I bought a big piece of cuttlebone in my pet store to give it to my turtle. Im just unsure of how much to give to him? And how often? I've cut it down to very small pieces, as big as a pellet and give them every day to my turtle. He is still very young ( 1,5 inch ), am I harming him by feeding him this quantity or is it ok? How much and how often should I feed cuttlebone to it?
Thanks!

There isn't a precise guideline for cuttlebone because either the turtle ignores it or will consume it quickly. Since it's not a major factor in a diet, just leave in a few small pieces every day.

My cuttle bone pieces are roughly the size of an un-shelled almond up to an un-shelled walnut.
